Your first night you will enjoy a Welcome Reception at the Riveredge Resort. The next morning you will enjoy a breakfast, along with a majestic view of the St. Lawrence Seaway, after that you will be getting picked up at the Riveredge Resort docks, for your Ecology Tour of the St. Lawrence River and
Thousand Islands. Here you will enjoy a majestic three hour guided tour. This will be an unique opportunity to view wildlife of the Thousand Islands region, including Osprey,
Terns, Double-Breasted Cormorants, Great Blue Heron and Mink just to name a few. Halfway through the tour, you will be disembarking the boat and enjoy a 45 minute Nature
Walk on Grindstone Island. This is an exceptional opportunity for bird watching, as well as spotting frogs and reptiles sunning on the trails. Then you will have a boxed lunch at Picnic Point State Park on Grindstone Island. After this you will once again travel by boat to the Antique Boat Museum for a self guided tour. Now you will be taken back in time at the Antique Boat Museum,here you will fine an array of wooden boats of all kinds. Once back at the Riveredge Resort you will enjoy dining in the Jacques Cartier Room located on the Forth Floor, with a spectacular view of Boldt Castle directly across from us.

Your first night you will enjoy a Welcome Reception at the Riveredge Resort. The next morning you will enjoy a breakfast, along with a majestic view of the St. Lawrence Seaway, after that the bus will take you to Clayton where you will experience a bit of the Arts at the Handweaving Museum. Then you will be taken back in time at the Antique Boat Museum, here you will find an array of wooden boats of all kinds. After you have experienced the world of boats you then will be boarding the Clayton Island Tours, where at this time you will enjoy the stories of life on the Islands in the early 19th century. Experienced local guides will introduce you to sights including the ships that travel the St. Lawrence Seaway, Rock Island Lighthouse and pass under the 1000 Island Bridge. Then to Boldt Castle, where you will take a self guided tour of one of the most elegant structures that has been built in the Thousand Islands. The structure was built on Heart Island as a summer home. Here you will experience the romance and love that George Boldt had for his beloved wife Louise and feel the devastation that was felt upon her death. Once back at the Riveredge Resort you will enjoy dining in the Jacques Cartier Room located on the Forth Floor, with a spectacular view of Boldt Castle directly across from us.
